The Reindeer’s Retreat is passionate about Christmas and dedicated to making a positive impact in our community. We provide meaningful employment to young domestic violence survivors, people with intellectual disabilities and people with physical disabilities. Proceeds from our shop go towards providing support, opportunities and experience to vulnerable people. Our mission is to provide a great Christmas experience for our customers and to giving our team a safe space to learn and engage.

At The Reindeer’s Retreat, we bring the spirit of Christmas to life with a range of services designed to make your holiday season magical and hassle-free.
Explore our beautifully curated collections, featuring themes such as Classic Christmas, Peppermint Candyland, Merry Grinchmas, and Pink Possibilities, as well as favorite character collections like Dr. Seuss, Disney, and Nutcrackers.
We offer customised baubles for a more personal touch to your decorating. Just choose the colour bauble, the colour font and your message and we will do the rest!
We also do affordable tree and bauble rentals for both residential and commercial premises. It can include setup and pack down after your celebrations, a great option for those who are short on storage space!

I'm Ainsley, a quirky, creative soul who finds peace in making things—it's how I navigate life on the spectrum. I’m passionate about DOGS, coffee, LEGO, resin, and I can’t say no to a good gin mixer! I adore all things bright and unique, and while I’m naturally introverted, my bold fashion sense, especially my signature pink hair, tells a different story.
